To evaluate the efficacy and safety of rivaroxaban and investigate the clinical features of pneumonia (MPP) associated with pulmonary thromboembolism (PTE) in children. A case series study was conducted on 36 children, diagnosed with MPP associated with PTE and hospitalized in our institution from January 2020 to June 2024 of Department of Pediatric Respiratory, Shandong Provincial Hospital Affiliated to Shandong First Medical University. Clinical data and follow-up information were collected to analyze their clinical characteristics, outcomes, and adverse events to rivaroxaban.

Purpose: Given emerging evidence that healthy dietary interventions are effective long-term strategies for managing chronic pain, this review aimed to define, elucidate, and describe the concept of a healthy diet in the context of chronic pain populations.
Design: We used Walker and Avant's concept analysis method.
Method: PubMed, Embase, CINAHL Plus with full-text, and PsycINFO databases were searched to identify relevant peer-reviewed primary articles on diet and chronic pain, published from June 2013 to June 2024.

Background: Nearly half of individuals who sustain orthopaedic trauma develop chronic pain and experience significant levels of depression and anxiety. Emotional awareness and expression therapy (EAET) is a newly developed psychological intervention designed to treat chronic pain by helping patients process psychological trauma and conflict to reduce pain. The purpose of this study is to examine the feasibility of delivering EAET to individuals who sustained traumatic orthopaedic injuries requiring surgery and who have chronic pain 6 months after hospital discharge.
