Easing the behavioral restrictions of those in need of care not only improves their own quality of life (QoL) but also reduces the burden on care workers and may help reduce the number of care workers in countries with declining birthrates. The brain-machine interface (BMI), in which appliances and machines are controlled only by brain activity, can be used in nursing care settings to alleviate behavioral restrictions and reduce stress for those in need of care. It is also expected to reduce the workload of care workers.

Background: Mobile health apps often require the collection of identifiable information. Subsequently, this places users at significant risk of privacy breaches when the data are misused or not adequately stored and secured. These issues are especially concerning for users of reproductive health apps in the United States as protection of sensitive user information is affected by shifting governmental regulations such as the overruling of Roe v Wade and varying state-level abortion laws.

This study addresses the growing mental health challenges among university students, with a particular focus on depression, by examining the role of campus greenness in mitigating its effects. In contrast to the majority of studies that concentrate on campus environments in Western countries, this research uniquely investigates how variations in campus density and form within the Chinese context influence the role of campus greenness in mitigating depression among university students. By analyzing three distinct types of university campuses in Macau, the study also reflects on the broader implications for campuses across China.

Masao facial makeup, a unique folk cultural form from the Baoji region, carries a rich traditional heritage. However, its inheritance and development have long been hindered by limited dissemination channels and insufficient public attention. This paper proposes an innovative model for deeply integrating Masao facial makeup with computer software, and transforming it into an interactive filter within social media applications.
