Introduction: In Indian sub-continent the presentation of carcinoma penis is variable. Mostly presents with palpable inguinal lymph nodes but not confirm of metastases.
Aim: To evaluate whether all clinically positive nodes are metastatic and decide when to address inguinal lymph node.
Materials And Methods: A retrospective observational study on carcinoma penis from a regional cancer centre of south India over a period from 2001 to 2012. All the clinical, investigational, operative, pathology details and follow-up data were collected from patient records.
Results: Two hundred and thirty cases of carcinoma penis have been identified and 112 cases had clinically positive nodes. In 74 cases fine needle cytology was positive for malignancy and they have been addressed with block dissection with surgery of primary lesion. At two years follow up, 70 patients were identified with inguinal lymph node metastasis and block dissection was performed and all was were positive for malignancy on histology. The rate of recurrence is related to the T stage of the primary tumour.
Conclusion: It can be concluded that elective surgery is appropriate for palpable inguinal lymph nodes and prophylactic nodal dissection in high risk cases of carcinoma penis.

A 66-year-old woman presented with 9 days of left clavicle pain, with no history of recent trauma. CT images showed a left clavicle fracture with a surrounding soft tissue mass. An 18F-FDG PET/CT scan revealed increased FDG uptake in the tonsils, multiple lymph nodes, and the pathologically fractured clavicle, initially suggesting malignancy.

Background And Objectives: Since the publication of the German Cooperative Oncology Group Selective Lymphadenectomy Trial and Multicenter Selective Lymphadenectomy Trial II (MSLT2) trials, the treatment paradigm for node-positive melanoma has shifted from completion lymph node dissection (LND) to nodal ultrasound surveillance. We sought to identify the impact of this practice change on postoperative outcomes in a national cohort.
Methods: The American College of Surgeons National Surgical Quality Improvement Program database was queried for patients diagnosed with truncal/extremity malignant melanoma who underwent axillary/inguinal LND.

The emergence of endometriosis-associated clear cell carcinoma (CCC) within the abdominal wall is a notably rare phenomenon. This condition predominantly impacts females who have previously undergone surgical interventions, including hysterectomy or caesarean section (C-section), with the malignant transformation of endometriosis within the post-surgical abdominal scar posited as a likely mechanism. Herein, we delineate a distinctive case of endometriosis-associated CCC emanating from the abdominal wall.

Inguinal metastases (I/M) are very rare. We aimed to evaluate the relative frequency and clinical features of I/M and to look for predisposing factors.

Objective: To evaluate prognostic factors in women with invasive VSCC at Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center (SYSUCC).
Methods: 137 patients with VSCC at SYSUCC were retrospectively analyzed. The Kaplan-Meier method assessed the overall survival (OS) and progression-free survival (PFS) time.
