Introduction: Van Wyk-Grumbach Syndrome (VWGS) is a rare pediatric endocrinological disorder characterized by hypothyroidism, delayed bone age, enlarged multicystic ovaries, and precocious puberty. It results from prolonged hypothyroidism, affecting the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis.
