We present the case of a 29-year-old woman with a symptomatic lobular capillary haemangioma (pregnancy tumour) arising from the external ear canal. A literature review shows this to be an uncommon lesion in a rare location. The lesion was successfully diagnosed and treated in clinic with complete resolution and no recurrence.
Background: The possibility of future parenthood is a highly relevant issue for patients of reproductive age facing oncologic treatment. This study aimed to investigate how fatherhood was achieved in a patient cohort of adolescents and young adults (AYAs) banking semen at time of cancer diagnosis and to determine the effectiveness of cryopreservation aimed at fertility preservation in the cohort.
Materials And Methods: Observational cohort study examining AYAs with a cancer diagnosis who underwent semen banking for fertility preservation at Karolinska University Hospital 1988-2020, as part of the Stockholm regional fertility preservation program.
Twin pregnancies consisting of one normal fetus and one complete mole are very rare. The main concerning risks associated with the continuation of such pregnancy are hyperthyroidism, theca lutein cysts, preeclampsia, and the development of GTD (gestational trophoblastic disease) spectrum (neoplasia) in the mother, which is due to high human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) values, and intrauterine death and prematurity in the coexistent normal fetus. We report the successful outcome of conservative management in a healthy mother and baby.
BACKGROUND Human Papilloma Virus (HPV)-associated Vulvar Squamous Cell Carcinomas (VSCC) present more frequently in young women than HPV- independent tumors. Due to its association with HPV infection, the incidence of vulvar cancer is increasing in young women; however, during pregnancy, it is still extremely rare. CASE REPORT We present the case of a 36-year-old pregnant woman at 23 weeks of pregnancy, diagnosed with HPV 16-associated VSCC, Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) stage IB.
Non-gestational choriocarcinoma is an extremely rare and highly aggressive malignant tumor that arises independent of gestational events, making less than 0.6% of all ovarian germ cell tumors. Unlike the more common gestational choriocarcinoma, which is associated with pregnancy, non-gestational choriocarcinoma originates from germ cells within the ovary.

Background: Blake's pouch cyst (BPC) is a midline cystic anomaly of the posterior fossa. BPC has been shown to have a risk of aneuploidy prenatally. Copy number variation (CNV) and/or genetic syndromes have been reported in a few prenatal/postnatal cases with BPC.
