Background: The diagnosis of unilateral eosinophilic pleural effusion (EPE) is difficult, especially for the elderly. IgG4-related disease (IgG4-RD) is a rare cause of EPE.
Case Presentation: An 81-year-old man was admitted to the hospital for dyspnea due to right pleural effusion.

Introduction: The association of a medulloblastoma and a syringomyelia has been already described in rare instances albeit without symptoms related to the syrinx.
Case Report: The case of a 23-year-old man operated in infancy for a medulloblastoma and then treated solely with adjuvant chemotherapy is reported. He was also operated in infancy for a scaphocephaly.

Common acquired skin diseases with a polygenic background, such as lichen planus, may show linear or segmental manifestations of underlying systemic skin disease. The linear arrangement in such cases is usually consistent with the lines of Blaschko. Happle summarized the various types of segmental arrangement of common polygenic diseases and proposed a novel designation of superimposed segmental dermatosis.
