A man in his early 40s presented with extensive skin lesions in the groin and genital regions. The lesions were erythematous and maculopapular but evolved into vesicles and pustules with surrounding cellulitis. He stated that he grips livestock between his legs for sheep shearing.

Percutaneous intra-meniscal platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is a promising tool for managing low-grade meniscal injuries in non-athletic patients. The study evaluates the clinical and radiological outcomes of PRP intra-meniscal injection in meniscal tears. Forty-eight patients were injected with 3 injections of PRP at an interval of one week with a standardised technique under sonographic guidance.

Tissue selective ultrasonic debridement is a new method of debriding chronic wounds that prepares the wound for advanced tissue application. This article presents the case of an 89-year-old woman with a chronic nonhealing wound to her lateral distal leg. The wound had a significant amount of biofilm and fibrous slough.

Variations of the ankle anatomy are infrequent and exist as supernumerary muscles and tendons. Often understudied and overlooked, their presence can cause many complications of the lower extremity. These muscles, although often asymptomatic, can cause great pain and complications such as tenosynovitis, tarsal tunnel syndrome, lateral ankle instability, and ankle pain when they impinge on the normal anatomy of the patient.
