Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis is a severe cutaneous adverse reaction characterized by the rapid onset of nonfollicular, sterile pustules on an erythematous base, typically accompanied by fever (≥38 °C), neutrophilia (7.0 × 10⁹/L), and characteristic histopathological features. This case report presents the first documented instance of acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis after hyaluronic acid viscosupplementation.

Objectives: To explore the perspectives of stakeholders on the General Pharmaceutical Council's revised Standards for the Initial Education and Training of Pharmacists that enable pharmacists to prescribe at the point of registration, from 2026.
Methods: This qualitative study used the Theoretical Domains Framework (TDF) to develop schedules for structured interviews that were conducted with various stakeholders and recorded via Microsoft Teams. Recordings were transcribed verbatim, checked for accuracy, and then analysed using the Framework approach, facilitated by NVIVO® software.

Aim(s): To explore the acceptability and feasibility of using a trauma-informed communication tool to convey client needs to health professionals; and to understand the barriers and enablers for clients using the tool.
Design: Mixed methods design pilot study conducted by nurses from a regional community health service in Victoria, Australia, of purposively sampled clients who have a history of sexual assault and/or family violence and clinicians from a primary care service.
Methods: The investigators developed a pocket-sized communication card to convey clients' history of trauma and the clients' emotional and physical needs to health care providers.
