A rare type of localized gigantism known as macrodystrophia lipomatosa is characterized by a disproportionate increase in fibroadipose tissues and a gradual overgrowth of all mesenchymal elements. The distribution in the lower extremities' plantar nerves and the upper extremity's median nerve is most commonly observed. This abnormality is congenital and typically manifests at birth or during the neonatal stage.

Transient Luminous Events (TLEs) are short-lived, upper-atmospheric optical phenomena associated with thunderstorms. Their rapid and random occurrence makes manual classification laborious and time-consuming. This study presents an effective approach to automating the classification of TLEs using state-of-the-art Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) and a Vision Transformer (ViT).

The aim of this publication is to present an extremely rare case of mammoth bilateral cyst adenomas in a postmenopausal woman, occupying the pelvis and the most of abdominal cavity. A 67-year-old obese woman was presented to our emergency department with abdominal pain.
