The long-term preservation of large volumes of infrequently accessed cold data poses challenges to the storage community. Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) is considered a promising solution due to its inherent physical stability and significant storage density. The information density and decoding sequence coverage are two important metrics that influence the efficiency of DNA data storage.

Background: The aim of this study was to evaluate the correlation of the volume and minimum axial area (MAA) measurements between different upper and lower boundaries used for oropharyngeal airway assessment.

Methods: Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) scans of 49 subjects taken for pre-orthognathic surgical planning were obtained retrospectively from the archives (n = 49; 32 females, 17 males; mean age = 20.9 ± 5.

Point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) has emerged as a standard of care across a variety of healthcare settings due to its ability to provide critical clinical information and as well as procedural guidance to clinicians directly at the bedside. Implementation of enterprise imaging (EI) strategies is needed such that POCUS images can be appropriately captured, indexed, managed, stored, distributed, viewed, and analyzed. Because of its unique workflow and educational requirements, reliance on traditional order-based workflow solutions may be insufficient.

The study suggests a better multi-objective optimization method called 2-Archive Multi-Objective Cuckoo Search (MOCS2arc). It is then used to improve eight classical truss structures and six ZDT test functions. The optimization aims to minimize both mass and compliance simultaneously.

Background: Minimal change disease (MCD) is a significant cause of idiopathic nephrotic syndrome (INS) in adults, representing approximately 10%-15% of INS cases. The data is scanty on clinicopathological features, treatment responses, and long-term outcomes of MCD in adults.

Aim: To determine the clinicopathologic characteristics, treatment responses, and medium-term outcomes of adult patients with MCD in Pakistan.
