The controlled formation of ring-in-ring(s) assemblies is highly desirable as precursors for constructing high order supramolecular architectures. We report our findings that this goal can be achieved by balancing molecular structures and conformational adaptivity through an interplay of multiple non-covalent bonding interactions. With H-bonded aramide macrocycles and box-like molecules including naph-Box, m-Box and p4p-Box, ring-in-rings assembling systems with 4 : 1 stoichiometry are preferentially created.

Ewing sarcoma is a malignant small round blue cell tumor most commonly found in the bones of children and adolescents. Cutaneous Ewing sarcoma, originating in the skin and subcutaneous tissues, is exceedingly rare, especially in adults. We present the case of a 57-year-old woman who developed a progressively enlarging mass on her anterior abdominal wall.

Background: Systolic anterior motion (SAM) of the mitral valve is a hallmark feature of hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy (HOCM) and a primary cause of dynamic left ventricular outflow tract obstruction. This case report highlights an unusual presentation of SAM associated with acute haemodynamic collapse.
Case Summary: A 36-year-old male with HOCM presented with recurrent episodes of syncope.

Iron is the most common nutritional deficiency encountered in the United States, with over 15% of Americans using some form of daily oral iron supplementation. Although commonly associated with minor gastrointestinal side effects, severe gastrointestinal complications are rare. Direct cytotoxic mucosal damage and subsequent ulcer formation have rarely been reported.

While ACC usually originates in the salivary glands, its occurrence in the larynx is highly unusual. Laryngeal adenoid cystic carcinoma (LACC) is characterized by indolent growth, frequent perineural invasion, and a tendency for local recurrence.
