Introduction: The risk of mortality associated with cardiac arrhythmias is considerable, and their diagnosis presents significant challenges, often resulting in misdiagnosis. This situation highlights the necessity for an automated, efficient, and real-time detection method aimed at enhancing diagnostic accuracy and improving patient outcomes.
Methods: The present study is centered on the development of a portable deep learning model for the detection of arrhythmias via electrocardiogram (ECG) signals, referred to as CardioAttentionNet (CANet).

Background: To evaluate the overall satisfaction, device usability, and injection experience of MS patients self-administering ofatumumab using the Sensoready autoinjector device in the United States (US).
Methods: This US-based, cross-sectional survey study included patients with MS (≥ 18 years) who self-administered ofatumumab using the Sensoready device within the previous 12 months of the survey. Eligible patients were administered a 30-item de novo questionnaire that focused on overall device satisfaction, device usability, convenience/flexibility for travel with the device, user confidence, injection experience, and time to administer the injection.

Background: It is highly desirable to concurrently evaluate both pathogenic and total bacteria in water and food environments. As a point-of-care platform for biochemical tests, lateral flow assay (LFA) has been widely used for pathogenic bacteria due to its portability and fast time of outcome. However, traditional LFA was unable to detect total bacteria due to the lack of a universal antibody that could bind all the bacteria.

Normal levels of HOCl can resist pathogen invasion and maintain cellular redox balance. However, excessive HOCl can easily harm the ecological environment and human health. Establishing a reliable approach for detection of HOCl can help resolve controversial issues regarding HOCl in physiological systems and help detect HOCl in complex environmental water samples.
