Background And Aims: To estimate the biological variation (BV) for lymphocyte subset counts in healthy adults based on full-spectrum flow cytometry (FS-FCM) and the most commonly used BD Multitest 6-Color TBNK kit in China.
Materials And Methods: The study was designed according to the BV Data Critical Appraisal Checklist (BIVAC). Peripheral blood samples were collected from 60 healthy adults every two weeks for a period of 20 weeks (10 samples from each subject).

Methods: This study followed the PRISMA guidelines and was registered in INPLASY (ID: 2024110035). Four databases were consulted (PubMed, Science Direct, Scopus, and Web of Science) from February 20th, 2005, to May 10th, 2024.

Objectives: To review the currently available Clinical Practice Guidelines regarding the diagnosis and management of Cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection in pregnancy.
Methods: Medline, Turning Research into Practice (TRIP), Web of Science databases and scientific societies' websites were searched electronically up to April 2024. We included national and international Clinical Practice Guidelines regarding diagnosis, treatment and follow-up of CMV infection in pregnancy, published in English language.
