We studied the association of quadrantectomy and irradiation in 238 patients with a breast carcinoma treated from 1974 to 1984 in the Alexis-Vautrin Center. Five and ten year survival rate are respectively 89 and 77%. Local relapse rate at five and ten year are 2, and 9%. Local relapse rate is correlated with a young age, a high tumor grade and an internal site of tumor. We studied the cosmetic and functional results and compared objective results according to subjective self-evaluation by the patients.

Introduction: Metastatic breast cancer (MBC) presents an enduring and significant challenge for affected women, requiring sustained commitment over the years.
Case Presentation: This paper presents a case of a woman affected by bone and visceral MBC with a very long 20-year survival, excellent quality of life, and high resilience. She is now 51 years old and underwent quadrantectomy for breast cancer in 2005, and in 2013, she developed a recurrence with bone and liver metastases.

Introduction: Considering the increasing number of conservative surgeries (quadrantectomies) for primary breast carcinoma, especially in the early stages, often followed by adjuvant radiotherapy, the incidence of radiation-associated angiosarcoma (RAS) is expected to rise in the coming decades, and it will represent a clinical and therapeutic challenge, as limited data are available due to the rarity and heterogeneity of the disease. Though the prognosis of these patients is poor, a number of clinical and pathological factors can be evaluated to better understand the course of RAS. The aim of this systematic review is to explore the available clinical-pathological, therapeutic, and prognostic data regarding RAS to evaluate its occurrence, diagnosis, treatment, and outcomes.

Purpose: Intraoperative radiation therapy with electrons (IOERT) may represent a viable choice for partial breast reirradiation after repeat quadrantectomy for local recurrence (LR) for primary breast cancer (BC) in lieu of mastectomy.
Methods And Materials: A database collecting data on partial breast reirradiation with IOERT from 8 Italian centers was set up in 2016 to 2018, providing data on cumulative incidence (CumI) of second LR and survival with a long follow-up.
Results: From 2002 to 2015, 109 patients underwent the conservative retreatment.

Purpose: Breast cancer is the most frequently diagnosed tumour, representing nearly 30% of all new cases in women. Radiotherapy (RT) plays a crucial role in the management of breast cancer. The objective of this study is to assess modesty in patients undergoing RT for breast cancer and take their suggestions and ideas into consideration to enhance the quality of treatment in this regard.

Background: Breast cancer-related lymphedema (BCRL) is a potentially disabling and often irreversible consequence of breast cancer treatment, caused by the mechanical incompetence of the lymphatic system, resulting in reduced drainage capacity and functional overload due to an excessive volume of interstitial fluid surpassing the system's transport capacity in the arm. We wanted to determine the impact and explore the differences in independent risk factors for the occurrence of BCRL; incidence of BCRL over a five-year period at the Institute of Oncology Vojvodina in Sremska Kamenica and to answer the research question regarding the influence of the prehabilitation program on the overall incidence of BCRL during the observed five-year period.
Methods: From 2014 to 2018, a retrospective study was conducted at the Institute of Oncology of Vojvodina in Sremska Kamenica, analyzing female patients who had undergone breast cancer surgery.
