Although every youth in pediatric/adolescent HIV care will need to transition to adult-oriented care, there are no existing evidence-based interventions to optimize health through this process. Healthcare transition poses a persistent challenge to the health of youth living with HIV, which may result in gaps in care engagement, medication adherence, and viral suppression. Our process evaluation of , a multilevel mobile health (mHealth) intervention, included iterative interviews with youth, providers, and Transition Champions.

Introduction: Good hand hygiene compliance among healthcare workers is crucial for preventing healthcare-associated infections. While an extensive amount of research has focused on barriers to compliance with hand hygiene guidelines, there remains a critical gap in understanding the factors contributing to consistently excellent compliance among some individuals. Thus, the main aim of this study is to learn from these "champions" of hand hygiene and identify facilitating factors that enable and sustain high compliance using the Theoretical Domains Framework (TDF).

China's Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs reports that China's food loss and waste rate is approximately 22.7%, amounting to 460 million tons annually, with the consumption and post-harvest processing stages facing the highest losses.

Aims: Healthcare foodservices substantially impact global environmental changes. This study investigated environmentally sustainable practices in Australian health foodservices; and perceptions of the influence of COVID-19 on foodservice environmental sustainability.
Methods: An observational study was undertaken collecting data at two time points (2019 and 2022) via a pre-workshop survey with healthcare foodservice stakeholders.

Objective: We aimed to determine the most important perceived barriers to the implementation of self-administered training and assessment in surgical education according to subject matter experts. With these findings, design thinking was used to explore possible interventions and develop a theory of change for overcoming identified barriers. Specifically, implementation was focused on expanding the surgical skills of associate clinicians (ACs) in low-to-middle-income countries (LMICs).
