Objectives: This study aimed to characterize non-commercial Spanish COVID-19 trials and to determine the availability of results. Differences in outcomes according to the interventions assessed (medicines, non-medicines) will also be determined.
Methods: This systematic review was conducted in March 2024 by searching non-commercial Spanish COVID-19 trials on four registers (EUCTR, Clinical.

Context: The growth hormone (GH) secretagogue receptor, encoded by GHSR, is expressed on somatotrophs of the pituitary gland. Stimulation with its ligand ghrelin, as well as its constitutive activity, enhances GH secretion. Studies in knock-out mice suggest that heterozygous loss-of-function of GHSR is associated with decreased GH response to fasting, but patient observations in small case reports have been equivocal.

BACKGROUND Simultaneously occuring diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and Hodgkin lymphoma (HL) is extremely rare. Generally, patients with CD20-positive DLBCL receive rituximab, cyclophosphamide, vincristine, doxorubicin, prednisone (R-CHOP) regimen, while those with HL receive brentuximab vedotin, doxorubicin, vinblastine, dacarbazine (A-AVD) regimen as first-line therapy. Establishing a strategy for treating both lymphoma subtypes concurrently is thus very difficult.

Background: Mucolipidosis (ML) II and III alpha/beta are lysosomal disorders caused by mutations in the GNPTAB gene which encodes the alpha and beta subunits of the heterohexameric enzyme, N-acetylglucosamine-1-phosphotransferase.
Method: To explore the clinical and molecular characteristics of the 20 ML II and III alpha/beta patients, clinical data was collected and GNPTAB gene was analyzed by nest PCR and direct Sanger-sequencing. The activity of several lysosomal enzymes was measured in the plasma.
