The authors report a case of cervical melanotic neurofibroma hour glass shaped, growing in the extra and intradural spaces. Melanotic aspect of spinal neurofibroma are rarely reported in the literature. Various etiopathologies have already been discussed.

Methods: A systematic review of RCTs involving melanoma within the top ten dermatology journals, as determined by impact factor, was conducted from inception to July 10th, 2023. Studies were included if they reviewed the diagnosis and/or treatment of melanoma, were RCTs, directly involved patients and were written in English.

The main outcome measures were the incidence and cumulative risk of systemic metastasis, study mortality rates and Kaplan-Meier patient mortality after developing conjunctival melanoma metastasis.
