We report a case of asymptomatic progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy (PML) detected on regular MRI screening in a 40-year-old patient with subsequent benign course with 12 months follow-up. The patient had a history of aggressive inflammatory multiple sclerosis, prior mitoxantrone therapy, Stratify John Cunningham Virus test positivity (Quest Diagnostics, Madison, NJ, USA), and 5 years of natalizumab monotherapy. The initial MRI detection of PML was both atypical and subtle. Early diagnosis and intervention, and pre-emptive treatment for immune reconstitution inflammatory syndrome with high dose steroids, as well as empirical mirtazapine and mefloquine, were associated with a benign PML disease course and outcome.

Background And Objectives: Jugular paragangliomas (JPG) pose a surgical challenge because of their vascularity and complex location. Stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) offers a minimally invasive management for patients with JPG. Our aim was to evaluate outcomes of Gamma Knife radiosurgery (GKRS) for the treatment of JPG over the long term.

Background: The asymptomatic onset and extremely high mortality rate of aortic aneurysm (AA) highlight the urgency of early detection and timely intervention. The alteration of retinal vascular features (RVFs) can reflect the systemic vascular properties, and be widely used as the biomarker for cardiovascular disease risk prediction. Therefore, we aimed to investigate associations of RVFs with AA and its progression.

Introduction: Giant inguinoscrotal hernias (GIH), defined as hernias extending below the inner thigh midpoint in a standing position, are rare and often seen in resource-limited settings due to delayed medical care. These hernias pose surgical challenges, particularly in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs), where standardized management protocols are lacking, and risks such as cardiorespiratory compromise are significant.
Case Presentation: A 55-year-old male presented with a large, irreducible right inguinoscrotal hernia of 1.

Background: Diabetes affects half of the patients with cystic fibrosis who are aged 30 years and older. Diabetes progresses asymptomatically over a long period of time. Two treatment options are possible: start insulin as soon as cystic fibrosis diagnosis is made with the additional constraints of cystic fibrosis or wait while monitoring the patient's clinical condition and start insulin when diabetes symptoms develop and therefore later.

Introduction And Importance: Fibroepithelial polyps are benign growths that can occur in various anatomical locations, including the vulva. They typically present as asymptomatic skin tags that progressively increase in size.
Case Presentation: We report the case of a 30-year-old woman, para 3, who presented with a giant fibroepithelial polyp originating from the right labium majora.
