In Klippel-Trenaunay syndrome, vascular malformations are not only in skin and superficial soft tissues but also in deep tissues like muscles bones and joints. It is well documemted that these recurrent intraarticular bleeds can cause early arthritis and joint pain. Performing arthroplasty in such patients is difficult and fraught with complications. We describe such a case where navigated total knee arthroplasty was performed with success to avoid the problems of intra medullary alignment used in the presence of intra medullary vascular malformations. We also suggest certain measures when knee arthroplasty is considered in such patients.

Purpose Of Review: Meniscectomy alters knee function and known to be associated with an increased incidence of knee arthritis. Several methods and materials have been tried to replicate the function of a meniscus. One is a polycarbonate-urethane synthetic medial meniscus implant labeled as NUsurface.

Purpose: This study reports the relationship between posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) retention vs resection and soft tissue laxity and balance throughout flexion using a robotically controlled ligament tensioner.
Methods: 55 robotic-assisted TKAs (Total knee arthroplasty) were retrospectively reviewe. The robotic ligament tensioner collected laxity data both before and after PCL resection.

Introduction: This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of intra-articular vancomycin powder in reducing prosthetic joint infections (PJIs) in primary hip and knee arthroplasty through a meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials (RCTs).
Methods: A research in Pubmed, Embase and Cochrane databases was performed to identify randomized clinical trials comparing intra-articular vancomycin use to conventional antibiotic prophylaxis in total hip or knee arthroplasty patients, assessing postoperative infection rates, adverse drug reactions, and venous thrombotic events. Statistical analysis was performed using R (RStudio 2024.
Purpose: Robotic-assisted total knee arthroplasty (RA-TKA) has gained popularity for its potential ability to improve surgical precision and patient outcomes, despite concerns about its long learning curve and increased operative times. The aim of this study is to evaluate the learning curve of the ROSA® Knee System, the relationship between each phase of the learning curve and the accuracy of the robotic system in femoral component size and knee alignment prediction.
Methods: A single surgeon retrospective analysis of total operative time (TOT) and total robotic time was conducted.

Background: Many patients require total knee arthroplasty (TKA) bilaterally; however, there is limited data on bilateral procedures. This study aims to compare medical and surgical complications and hospital-related outcomes between simultaneous and staged bilateral TKA. We hypothesize that staged procedures will have superior outcomes.
