Patients And Methods: Materials and Methods: The study included a cohort of 105 newborns and their 99 mothers. Determination of variants of the genes eNOS (G894T, rs1799983) and IL1B (C3953T, rs1143634) was carried out for the patients of study groups.

We present a rare case of a 17-year-old female with CP, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), secondary epilepsy, and a history of post-cardiac arrest, with home medications carbamazepine, risperidone, and sodium valproate.

Study Objective: To cover pediatric emergency physicians' off-hours, third-year pediatric residents in Israel are trained for unsupervised administration of emergency department (ED) dissociative and deep sedation. We assessed the frequency of critical sedation events associated with resident-performed sedations.
