Background: Regular training for mass casualty incidents at physical simulation events is vital for emergency services. The preparation and execution of these simulations consume huge amounts of time, personnel, and money. Background: Angelman syndrome (AS), a severe neurodevelopmental disorder resulting from the loss of the maternal UBE3A gene, is marked by changes in the brain's white matter (WM). The extent of WM abnormalities seems to correlate with the severity of clinical symptoms, but these deficits are still poorly characterized or understood. This study provides the first large-scale measurement of WM volume reduction in children with AS.

Objective: To compare the effects of titanium-prepared platelet-rich fibrin (T-PRF) and leukocyte platelet-rich fibrin (L-PRF) on osteoblasts.
Methods: Venous blood samples were collected from ten volunteer patients to obtain T-PRF and L-PRF. The T-PRF group was labelled as Group T, the L-PRF group as Group L, and the control group, which includes only osteoblasts, was Group K.
