This review introduces DNA nanotechnology and DNA-encoded library (DEL), and highlights their shared design principles related to DNA assembly.

Design: Cross-sectional survey: a web-based questionnaire conducted in 2021 of people with MS (PwMS) linked to Nationwide Swedish registers.

Bispecific T-cell engaging (BITE) antibodies also encounter clinical challenges, including short half-lives requiring continuous infusion and potential toxicities.
