Objective: This double-blinded randomized clinical trial aimed to compare postoperative pain using 2Shape® (TS) in rotary (TSRot) and adaptive (TSAK) kinematics in the maxillary and mandibular molars in patients with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis and symptomatic apical periodontitis following single-visit endodontic treatment.
Methods: Seventy patients were randomly assigned to two groups (TSRot /TSAK), (n=35 each). The preoperative and postoperative pain intensities at various time intervals up to 72h using a Visual-Analogue Scale was noted.

Objective: To compare the efficacy of single-visit root canal therapy (RCT) and traditional multi-visit RCT for chronic apical periodontitis in anterior teeth.
Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on 106 patients with sinus-type anterior chronic apical periodontitis who underwent root canal treatment during March 2020 and April 2023 at Beijing Hospital of Integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine. The patients were divided into an observation group (55 cases, single-visit RCT) and a control group (51 cases, traditional multi-visit RCT) according to different treatment methods.

- Dynamic computer-assisted surgical implant placement (dCAIS) enables precise implant insertion with real-time tracking, but there’s a lack of knowledge about the learning curve for anterior versus posterior placements.
- The study involved 8 participants (4 novice, 4 experienced) practicing four implant placements in both anterior and posterior groups, analyzing their performance over five sessions.
- Results showed that posterior placements had more deviations than anterior during initial sessions, while experienced operators completed tasks faster. However, accuracy improved uniformly with practice for both groups.

Objectives: This study aimed to compare the intensity of postoperative pain following the final rinse using cold saline compared with room temperature saline and occlusal reduction.
Materials And Methods: A prospective, parallel, double-blinded randomized controlled trial was conducted on 69 first mandibular molars diagnosed with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis and symptomatic apical periodontitis. Single-visit root canal treatment was performed; access cavity preparations and chemomechanical preparations were carried out using the ProTaper Gold rotary system under copious irrigation using 3% sodium hypochlorite and 17% EDTA.

Remnant specimens from 1,341 patients with concurrent third-generation serologic (Roche anti-HCV-II) and nucleic acid amplification testing (NAAT) were assessed using the HCV Duo Ab/Ag immunoassay (Roche).
