The main symptom of the organoid nevus syndrome (Schimmelpenning-Feuerstein-Mims-Syndrom) is the nevus sebaceous, which is mostly linear and can be of variable expression. Malformations of the skeletal system and the eyes are usually associated, while malformations of the cardio-vascular system are less common. Neurological findings such as mental retardation and seizures are of clinical relevance. We describe a case and discuss this rare syndrome.

Congenital melanocytic nevus (CMN) syndrome is a rare, non-familial neural ectodermal dysplasia characterized by CMN combined with extracutaneous abnormalities, predominantly involving the central nervous system (CNS). The pathogenesis of CMN syndrome is thought to result from early post-zygotic somatic mutations. CNS melanosis frequently affects the anterior temporal lobes, brainstem, cerebellum, and cerebral cortex.

Purpose: This study aimed to evaluate odontogenic keratocysts associated with basal cell nevus syndrome (BCNS) using computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resornance imaging (MRI) including diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) and compare them with sporadic cases.
Materials And Methods: This study investigated 17 outpatients who underwent panoramic radiography, CT, and MRI between August 2012 and January 2021. Five of these patients had BCNS had 16 odontogenic keratocysts, for which the authors recorded detailed findings.

Inferior vena cava aneurysms (IVCAs) are rare yet potentially lethal, especially if they are symptomatic or complicated. Among the IVCAs reported in the literature, only a few are associated with congenital vascular anomalies, including congenital IVC obstruction, tetralogy of Fallot, left-sided IVC, duplicated IVC, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, blue rubber bleb nevus syndrome, and Klipper-Trenaunay syndrome. We present the case of an 8-cm symptomatic saccular IVCA in a patient with tetralogy of Fallot, treated successfully with surgical repair.

Background: Many vascular anomalies harbor postzygotic somatic variants in GNAQ and GNA11; however, the phenotype of specific G-protein variants has not been well described. We report the clinical characteristics of 17 patients with a GNA11 R183C variant.
Methods: This case series is derived from a multinational cohort of vascular anomaly patients whose pathogenic mutations were identified using high-depth next generation sequencing.

Background: Blue rubber blister nevus syndrome (BRBNS) is a congenital, rare disease characterized by venous malformations of the skin and internal organs, affecting all systems throughout the body. The pathogenesis is unknown. There is no consensus on the treatment of BRBNS.
