As nurses experience higher work demands, finding the time and resources to complete continuing education activities can be challenging. In this innovative activity, baccalaureate nursing students offered a potential solution by developing educational posters for their clinical partners. Bridging theory and practice, this approach enhanced relationships between students and bedside nurses, promoted collaborative learning, and fostered knowledge exchange within the clinical setting.

The data presented in this article is based on a questionnaire survey regarding e-commerce and business digitalization of SMEs in Mexico answered by the CEOs of the companies. A valid sample of 4121 Mexican SMEs was collected covering many industries, such as primary sector, extractive industries, manufacturing industries, energy, water, recycling, construction, trade, services, and others. The data includes information about the implementation of e-commerce, business digitalization, operational efficiency, corporate performance, and other demographic indicators of the sampling firms.

Importance: Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory skin disease with unmet needs for tailored treatment and therapy de-escalation strategies.
Objective: To evaluate early intervention with and prolonging the dosing interval for guselkumab, a p19 subunit-targeted interleukin (IL)-23 inhibitor, in patients with moderate to severe psoriasis.
Design, Setting, And Participants: The GUIDE clinical trial is an ongoing phase 3b, randomized, double-blinded trial conducted across 80 centers in Germany and France comprising 3 parts evaluating the impact of early disease intervention, prolonged dosing interval, and maintenance of response following treatment withdrawal among adults with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis.

Background: Postural instability and gait difficulties (PIGD) are a significant cause of mobility loss and lower quality of life in Parkinson's disease (PD). When PD progresses, patients may experience falls and freezing of gait (FoG) resulting in fear of falling and increasing sedentariness. Sedentary behavior results in sarcopenia associated with other changes in body composition, especially in older patients becoming frail.
