Introduction: Extraarticular deformity (EAD) with knee arthritis is a complex condition involving tri-planar bone deformity with pathological malalignment and chronic soft tissue contracture or laxity in the knee joint. Intraarticular correction by TKA, which was previously performed with conventional manual jig by mechanical alignment technique, had its limits and difficulties especially extensive soft tissue release and risk of jeopardizing the collateral ligaments. Robotic technology allows for reproducible and precise execution of surgical plan and allows adjustment to various new personalised alignment philosophy including functional alignment (FA).

The field of periodontal regeneration focuses on restoring the form and function of periodontal tissues compromised due to diseases affecting the supporting structures of teeth. Biomaterials have emerged as a vital component in periodontal regenerative therapy, offering a variety of properties that enhance cellular interactions, promote healing, and support tissue reconstruction. This review explores current advances in biomaterials for periodontal regeneration, including ceramics, polymers, and composite scaffolds, and their integration with biological agents like growth factors and stem cells.

Under these circumstances, nurses experienced severe psychological and mental stressors that generated mental health problems.

Internal root resorption (IRR) is a complex and often asymptomatic dental condition that can severely compromise tooth vitality and function. This case report presents the successful management of a perforated large IRR lesion in a 49-year-old female using an ultraconservative approach involving partial pulpectomy (PP) using calcium-enriched mixture (CEM) cement. The patient, initially presenting with an asymptomatic resorptive lesion in her left first premolar, underwent ultraconservative PP following diagnosis via conventional radiography and cone beam computed tomography.
