Among about 400 patients with active arthritis and/or enthesitis who were referred to our department within the last two years, 140 of them were strongly suspected as having psoriatic arthritis by a comprehensive diagnostic procedure and after consulting specialists from dermatology, orthopedics, and radiodiagnostics at our institution and other institutions. Among them, 115 patients strictly met the classification criteria for psoriatic arthritis (CASPAR). Among the 115 patients, 19 patients (9 males and 10 females) had current psoriasis and 96 patients (22 males and 74 females) did not have current psoriasis. Nineteen (16.5%) of the 115 patients had developed malignant tumor before the onset of arthritis, and 4 (3.5%) developed malignant tumor after the onset of arthritis. Twenty-two of the 23 patients who developed malignancy were female and 10 patients developed breast cancer. Differential diagnoses in these 23 patients may include paraneoplastic syndrome. We consider that it is important to take into account the possibility of paraneoplastic syndrome in patients with arthritis and/or enthesitis who apparently meet the CASPAR criteria, and detailed screening and monitoring of malignant disease may be beneficial to the patients.

Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) levels can help predict outcomes in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), but its integration with DLBCL molecular clusters remains unexplored. Using the LymphGen tool in 77 DLBCL with both ctDNA and tissue biopsy, a 95.8% concordance rate in molecular cluster assignment was observed, showing the reproducibility of molecular clustering on ctDNA.

Children with bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD) often exhibit severe respiratory problems and significant pulmonary dysfunction during school age and adulthood. Exercise tests show a decline in cardiopulmonary function and physical performance in children with BPD, who also have a higher incidence of pulmonary hypertension. These children generally perform poorly in terms of intelligence, language, and motor development.

Background: Effective detection of cognitive impairment in the primary care setting is limited by lack of time and specialized expertise to conduct detailed objective cognitive testing and few well-validated cognitive screening instruments that can be administered and evaluated quickly without expert supervision. We therefore developed a model cognitive screening program to provide relatively brief, objective assessment of a geriatric patient's memory and other cognitive abilities in cases where the primary care physician suspects but is unsure of the presence of a deficit.
Methods: Referred patients were tested during a 40-min session by a psychometrist or trained nurse in the clinic on a brief battery of neuropsychological tests that assessed multiple cognitive domains.

Background And Objective: Prostate cancer (PCa) is the second most commonly diagnosed cancer in males, the mechanism of PCa with bone metastasis remains unclear. In this study, we aimed to utilize a retrospective clinical study to evaluate the diagnostic value of bone metastases from PCa and provide reference values for future applications.
Methods: We retrospectively collected a total of 200 samples including 100 PCa patients with bone metastatic and 100 without from June 2019 to August 2021.
Objectives: This study aimed to compare the overall survival (OS) of patients with advanced EGFR-mutant NSCLC treated with first-line osimertinib versus earlier-generation EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) in a real-world setting. Secondary endpoint included OS in patients with uncommon EGFR mutations. Exploratory aim focused on the impact of TKIs sequencing strategies.
