Patients presenting with suspected acute coronary syndrome (ACS) in the emergency department (ED) require rapid and accurate electrocardiographic (ECG) evaluation. This study aims to assess conventional ECG markers for diagnosing non-ST-elevation ACS (NSTE-ACS) in patients with chest discomfort and right bundle branch block (RBBB). A nested case-control design was employed to compare patients with RBBB admitted to the ED for suspected cardiac ischemia, focusing on those who developed NSTE-ACS versus those who did not.

Background: The onset of the COVID-19 pandemic precipitated a rapid shift to virtual care in health care settings, inclusive of mental health care. Understanding clients' perspectives on virtual mental health care quality will be critical to informing future policies and practices.
Objective: This study aimed to outline the process of redesigning and validating the Virtual Client Experience Survey (VCES), which can be used to evaluate client and family experiences of virtual care, specifically virtual mental health and addiction care.

Purpose: This study aimed to evaluate the dental and skeletal stability one year after Miniscrew-Assisted Rapid Palatal Expansion (MARPE) by using 3D image data.
Methods: Patients with transverse maxillary deficiency from the age of 16 onwards were enrolled consecutively in this prospective longitudinal cohort study. The MARPE appliance was digitally and individually designed and fabricated.

University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health, Madison, WI, USA.
Background: Late onset dementia due to Alzheimer's disease (AD) has a sex-biased incidence with females comprising nearly two thirds of all cases. Females have a more rapid progression in cognitive decline and higher levels of known AD biomarker pathology compared to men. Genetic sequence variation does not account for the sex-biased incidence of AD, directing attention to the emerging role of epigenetics in AD.

Background: The intricate and heterogeneous phenotypes associated with neuropsychiatric symptoms (NPSs) encumber exploration of their role in the neuropathology and underlying biological mechanisms of Alzheimer's disease (AD) continuum.
Method: An individual-level Regional Radiomics Similarity Network (R2SN) for 487 patients with AD continuum (376 with NPSs vs. 111 without NPSs) were developed to find the R2SN connections associated with NPSs and refine the subtypes of NPS in the AD continuum.
