Background And Aim: Three-dimensional gait analysis (3DGA) can provide detailed data on gait impairment in chronic low back pain (CLBP) patients. However, data about reliability and measurement error of 3DGA in this population is lacking. The aim of this study is to investigate test-retest reliability and minimal detectable change of 3DGA in a sample of CLBP patients.
Methods: A test-retest study was conducted with a sample of 14 CLBP patients that underwent two biomechanical gait assessments with an interval of 7.6 ± 1.8 days. Anthropometric and time-distance parameters, as well as peak values for lower limb and trunk joint angles and moments, were computed. Intraclass Correlation Coefficient (ICC3,k) and their 95% confidence intervals were calculated. Standard error of measurement (SEM), minimal detectable change (MDC) and limits of agreement (LOA) were also estimated.
Results: The obtained ICC values demonstrate high test-retest reliability for most joint angles, with low SEM (< 2.5°) values. Although joint moments showed lower reliability than joint angles, the majority of the ICCs were above 0.7 and the SEM and MDC values were low (≤ 0.06 Nm/kg and ≤ 0.18 Nm/kg). Bland-Altman plots with 95% LOA revealed a good agreement and time-distance parameters were all highly repeatable (ICCs > 0.86).
Conclusions: The results of this study show high test-retest reliability for lower limb and trunk joint angles, and time-distance parameters during gait in CLBP individuals, together with a low measurement error. These results also support the use of this method in clinical assessments of CLBP patients' gait patterns.

Motivation: Predicting RNA-binding proteins (RBPs) is central to understanding post-transcriptional regulatory mechanisms. Here, we introduce EnrichRBP, an automated and interpretable computational platform specifically designed for the comprehensive analysis of RBP interactions with RNA.
Results: EnrichRBP is a web service that enables researchers to develop original deep learning and machine learning architectures to explore the complex dynamics of RNA-binding proteins.

The fish intestine is a complex ecosystem where microbial communities are dynamic and influenced by various factors. Preservation conditions during field collection can introduce biases affecting the microbiota amplified during sequencing. Therefore, establishing effective, standardized methods for sampling fish intestinal microbiota is crucial.

Introduction And Hypothesis: Coital incontinence (CI) is an important problem that negatively affects women's quality of life and is often underreported owing to embarrassment, indicating the importance of its assessment with validated questionnaires. The aim of this study was to validate the Turkish-translated version of the International Female Coital Incontinence Questionnaire (IFCI-Q) for the objective evaluation of women with CI in Turkish-speaking populations.
Methods: Ninety women with CI filled out the Turkish-translated version of IFCI-Q.

Background And Purpose: While the pulsatility index (PI) measured by transcranial Doppler (TCD) has broader associations with outcomes in neurocritical care, its use in monitoring delayed cerebral infarction (DCI) in patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) is not endorsed by current clinical guidelines. Recognizing that arterial pressure gradient (ΔP) can be estimated using PI, we investigated the potential significance of TCD-estimated ΔP.
Methods: In this observational study of 186 SAH patients, we recorded the mean cerebral blood flow velocity (mCBFV) and PI values from the middle cerebral artery, along with corresponding blood pressures.

The involvement of axillary lymph nodes (ALNs) is a critical prognostic factor affecting patient management and outcomes in breast cancer (BC). This study aims to comprehensively analyze the clinical data of BC patients, evaluate ultrasonic signs of ALNs, and explore the implications of a prediction model for ALN metastasis (ALNM) in early-stage BC patients based on ultrasonic features and clinical data. This study retrospectively analyzed ultrasonic features and clinical data from 216 patients diagnosed with unilateral invasive BC.
