Purpose: To access the distribution of choroidal vein drainage pattern and the choroidal vein alterations in choroidal vascular hyperpermeability (CVH) areas in eyes with acute and chronic central serous chorioretinopathy (CSC) using widefield indocyanine green angiography (WF-ICGA).
Methods: In this retrospective observational study, medical records and multimodal imaging of 127 patients (165 eyes) with CSC were reviewed. The number and location of dominant vortex veins and CVH areas on WF-ICGA images were evaluated.

Purpose: To highlight the clinical and diagnostic importance of correctly identifying cervical internal carotid artery fenestration (fcICA), an extremely rare vascular anomaly, and to present a case where fcICA was initially misdiagnosed as a dissection in a patient with fibromuscular dysplasia (FMD).
Methods: A 47-year-old woman with pulsatile tinnitus underwent computed tomography angiography (CTA) and digital subtraction angiography (DSA) to differentiate between fenestration and dissection of the internal carotid artery.
Results: CTA revealed a fusiform dilatation of the distal C1 segment of the right internal carotid artery (ICA) with a linear filling defect, suggesting either fenestration or dissection.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the cortical deficits of patients with acquired concomitant esotropia (AACE) using the resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging (rs-fMRI) technique.
Methods: Rs-fMRI signals from 25 patients with AACE and 25 matched controls were collected. The repeated-measures analysis of variance (RM-ANOVA) test and two-sample t-test were used to investigate statistical differences of the amplitudes of low-frequency fluctuation (ALFF) signals and correlation analysis was performed to validate the relationship of signal change and clinical features.

Objective: To explore the interhemispheric information synergy ability of the brain in major depressive disorder (MDD) patients by applying the voxel-mirrored homotopic connectivity (VMHC) method and further explore the potential clinical diagnostic value of VMHC metric by a machine learning approach.
Methods: 52 healthy controls and 48 first-episode MDD patients were recruited in the study. We performed neuropsychological tests and resting-state fMRI scanning on all subjects.

Objective: To investigate the altered interhemispheric functional connectivity in the resting state in patients with recurrent major depressive disorder (MDD).
Methods: Voxel-mirrored homotopic connectivity (VMHC), a measure of the functional connectivity between any pair of symmetrical interhemispheric voxels, and pattern classification were examined in 41 recurrent MDD patients (22 during the depressive state and 19 during the remitted state) and 60 age, sex, and education level-matched healthy controls (HC) using resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI).
Results: Compared with HC, the recurrent MDD patients exhibited decreased VMHC values in the bilateral fusiform, inferior occipital gyrus, posterior insula, precentral gyrus, precuneus, superior temporal gyrus, and thalamus.
