Background: A case of dural arteriovenous fistula (dAVF) developed after radical neck dissection for lymph node metastasis 2 years after oral surgery for tongue cancer.
Methods: The patient was asymptomatic during follow-up visits with no evidence of metastasis on follow-up CT scan of the neck. However, diagnostic angiography showed left internal carotid artery (ICA) stenosis and dAVF involving the posterior meningeal artery and transverse sinus at the left posterior fossa with cortical venous reflux (Cognard type III). They were treated with carotid stenting and surgery, respectively.
Results: The postoperative course was uneventful. Follow-up angiography revealed obliteration of the dAVF.
Conclusion: This was a rare case of iatrogenic dAVF after surgical ligation of venous outflow during radical neck dissection. The surgical plan is presented along with a literature review regarding the development of iatrogenic dAVFs induced by direct surgical trauma.

Introduction And Importance: Surgical management of huge multi-nodular goiters present clinical and surgical management dilemma among practicing surgeons. Thyroidectomies pose huge risk potential when performed by relatively inexperienced and junior operators.
Case Presentation: We present a case of a 40-year-old lady who had presented at our center with a ten-year history of painless anterior neck swelling.

Background: Pancreatic cancer involving the pancreas neck and body often invades the retroperitoneal vessels, making its radical resection challenging. Multimodal treatment strategies, including neoadjuvant therapy, surgery, and postoperative adjuvant therapy, are contributing to a paradigm shift in the treatment of pancreatic cancer. This strategy is also promising in the treatment of pancreatic neck-body cancer.

Background: Early literature on the Woven EndoBridge (WEB) device reported 80-90% adequate aneurysm occlusion but low complete occlusion (40-55%). It is uncertain whether residual or recurrent aneurysms require re-treatment to prevent future rupture.
Objective: To systematically review the literature to meta-analyze occlusion and complication rates after re-treatment of these aneurysms.

NUT carcinoma is a rare, aggressive malignancy characterized by chromosomal rearrangements involving the NUTM1 gene. We present the case of a 47-year-old male with a history of hypertension, diagnosed with NUT carcinoma originating in the ethmoid sinus and accompanied by extensive neck metastases. The patient underwent a left modified radical neck dissection and endoscopic nasal tumor excision, followed by concurrent chemoradiotherapy.

Background: Standardized surgical approaches to advanced pre-auricular cutaneous squamous cell carcinomas (cSCC) are lacking.
Methods: Fifty-four patients who underwent lateral temporal bone resection (LTBR) for pre-auricular cSCC were grouped into "Levels" of increasing disease spread. Surgical approaches to achieve negative-margin resection were designed for each Level and replicated on cadaveric specimens.
