Purpose: Sulcus-deepening trochleoplasty (TP) effectively treats patellofemoral (PF) instability (PFI) caused by high-grade trochlear dysplasia (TD), but current evidence is based on small case series. We hypothesised, that TP would result in significant functional improvements and a low re-dislocation rate but would not accelerate the progression of PF cartilage deterioration.

Methods: We retrospectively reviewed all TP cases performed by a single surgeon between 2015 and 2021.

Objectives: This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of low-dose interleukin (IL-2) treatment for bullous pemphigoid (BP) caused by anti-programmed cell death protein 1/ligand 1 (PD-1/PD-L1) inhibitors.

Methods: Low-dose IL-2 treatment was standardized for BP. The Bullous Pemphigoid Disease Area Index (BPDAI), 5D-Itch Scale (5D-IS), and Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI) were recorded before and after treatment, and hexachromatic lymphocytes, regulatory T cells (Treg cells), and cytokines were measured.

Objectives: In this study, we describe a 54-year-old Indian woman who presented with clinical features of Kufs syndrome A (KSA) and Kufs syndrome B (KSB), as well as neuropathologic and genetic findings consistent with neuronal ceroid lipofuscinosis type 13 (CLN13). Subsequently, we review the clinicopathologic features of 20 patients with CLN13 reported in the literature.

Methods: Data and imaging were obtained from the patient's medical records.

Department of Small Animal Clinical Sciences, College of Veterinary Medicine, University of Florida, Gainesville, FL, United States.

Increased cases of canine tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) toxicosis have been reported in North America in recent years. Cases are often evaluated on an emergency basis and treatment has relied upon supportive care which can be costly and prohibitive for some pet owners. The purpose of this report is to describe the clinical findings and outcomes in dogs with non-medical, presumptive THC toxicosis treated by administration of a cannibidiol (CBD)-infused transmucosal dissolving sheet.
