: Dizziness and vertigo are reported in about half of patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), including Crohn's disease (CD) and ulcerative colitis (UC). Orthostatic dysregulation (OD) is recognized as one of the comorbidities that causes dizziness or vertigo with IBD. Our hospital is affiliated with the Inflammatory Bowel Disease Center, which specializes in diagnosing and treating IBD, so cases with dizziness or vertigo symptoms associated with IBD are sometimes referred to our department, a type of department which is rare in other facilities.

The proteomic analysis of serum extracellular vesicles (EVs) could be a useful tool for studying the pathophysiology of Crohn's disease (CD) and ulcerative colitis (UC), as well as for biomarker discovery. To characterize the proteomic composition of serum EVs in patients with CD and UC to identify biomarkers and molecular pathways associated with pathogenesis and activity. Methods: Serum EVs were enriched and analyzed in patients with quiescent CD, active CD (aCD), quiescent UC, active UC (aUC), and healthy controls (HCs) (n = 30 per group).

The pandemic of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) had a major impact on the health of people worldwide, including the pediatric inflammatory bowel disease (PIBD) patients. As no study has investigated the susceptibility and disease course of COVID-19 in PIBD patients after the end of zero-COVID policy in China, we conducted a retrospective cross-sectional study in our center. A cross-sectional survey enrolling PIBD patients has been completed by online survey, phone, and face-to-face assessment.

Introduction: The clinical characteristics of inflammatory bowel disease (dnIBD) diagnosed after solid organ transplant (SOT) are not well-described, particularly since the advent of biologic therapy for treatment of IBD.

Methods: We conducted a single-center, retrospective review of SOT recipients between 2010 and 2022 at the University of Minnesota Medical Center who were diagnosed with IBD after transplant.

Results: Of 89 patients at our center with IBD and a history of SOT, five (5.
