Analysis of ART and abortion must include the experiences of women at the emerging center of American life, as well as those at the top and bottom of the socioeconomic scale. Our contribution explores the triple system of fertility regulation, analyzing the intersections between fertility and class and using the experiences of women in the middle to add depth to our understanding of women's exercises of autonomy.

Unlabelled: Bacterial cellulose (BC) is an extracellular polysaccharide produced by bacteria that has wide applications in the food industry, tissue engineering, and battery manufacturing. Genome editing of BC-producing species is expected to optimize BC production and its properties. However, the available technology can target only one gene at a time and requires foreign DNA templates, which may present a regulatory hurdle for genetically modified organisms.

Circular RNAs (circRNAs), as a class of noncoding RNA molecules with a circular structure exhibit high stability and spatiotemporal-specific expression, making them ideal cancer biomarkers for liquid biopsy. Herein, a new photoelectrochemical (PEC) biosensor for a highly sensitive circRNA assay in the whole blood of lung cancer patients was designed based on CRISPR/Cas13a-programmed Cu nanoclusters (Cu NCs) and a -scheme covalent organic framework/silver sulfide (T-COF/AgS) composite. This -scheme T-COF/AgS composite accelerates electron transfer and produces an excellent initial photocurrent.

Aim: With the aim of simultaneously modulating the epigenetic system and the protein kinase pathway, we selected the enzyme histone deacetylase (HDAC) and the Rho-associated protein kinases (ROCK) as desired targets to develop potential multitarget anticancer agents with additional antimetastatic properties. We report here the rational design, synthesis, and biological evaluation of the HDAC/ROCK multitarget inhibitors in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) and triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC).

Materials And Methods: A molecular docking study performed with the Gold software was used to develop HDAC/ROCK multitarget inhibitors.

A comprehensive analytical protocol combining conductivity, diffusion-ordered NMR (DOSY), and photometric kinetic measurements is employed to analyze the nucleophilic reactivity of pyridinamide ion pairs in low-polarity organic solvents. The association patterns of these systems are found to strongly depend on cation size, with larger cations favoring the formation of cationic triple ion sandwich complexes together with free and highly nucleophilic anions. Kinetic studies using the ionic strength-controlled benzhydrylium method demonstrate that pyridinamide ions exhibit significantly higher nucleophilicities as compared to established organocatalysts, particularly in low-polarity solvents.

A clinical narrative corpus on nut allergy: annotation schema, guidelines and use case.

Sci Data

Computer Science and Engineering Department, Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, Av. Universidad, 30, Leganés, 28911, Madrid, Spain.

This article describes a dataset on nut allergy extracted from Spanish clinical records provided by the Hospital Universitario Fundación de Alcorcón (HUFA) in Madrid, Spain, in collaboration with its Allergology Unit and Information Systems and Technologies Department. There are few publicly available clinical texts in Spanish and having more is essential as a valuable resource to train and test information extraction systems. In total, 828 clinical notes in Spanish were employed and several experts participated in the annotation process by categorizing the annotated entities into medical semantic groups related to allergies.
