A non-randomized sample of patients suffering from attack-like schizophrenia and registered at the PND of 3 districts of Moscow served as materials for investigation. There were altogether 3576 persons. Patients living in the Proletarsky district were subjected to a catamnestic study. By the moment of examination they had suffered one attack. In view of the fact that the occurrence of the second attack obeys the law of exponential distribution, it was determined that the mono-attack course was recorded in 26.2% of all the registered patients with attack-like schizophrenia. It was shown that the proportion of patients with mono-attack schizophrenia increased with the disease standing. The data provide an opportunity of the probability forecasting of the disease stabilization after the first attack and can be used in the solution of the problems of the further disease course and registration of this patients, group.

Objective: To identify the psychopathological features of borderline personality disorder (BPD) in adolescence, determine the trajectory of its further course, and develop criteria for differential diagnosis.

Material And Methods: Clinical/psychopathological and psychometric methods were used to study 143 patients. The patients were divided into two groups: a clinical group - 73 patients, who were inpatients or outpatients in the clinical departments of the Mental Health Research Center (MHRC) in 2019-2022, and a follow-up group - 70 patients who were inpatients or outpatients in the MHRC clinic in 2006-2010.

Objective: To develop a method for determining cinnabarinic acid (CA) and its immediate precursor 3-hydroxyanthranylic acid (3HAA) in blood plasma and to study their concentrations in patients with schizophrenia before and after treatment.

Material And Methods: The study was carried out on a sample of 23 female patients with an attack-like progredient schizophrenia (F20.01).

Objective: To study the ultrastructure of microglia adjacent to oligodendrocytes in white matter of the prefrontal cortex in continuous schizophrenia (CSch) as compared to controls and attack-like schizophrenia (ASch) and to perform correlation analysis between the parameters of microglia and adjacent oligodendrocytes previously detected in both clinical types of schizophrenia.

Material And Methods: Electron microscopic morphometric study of microglia adjacent to oligodendrocytes was performed in postmortem white matter of the prefrontal cortex (BA10) in 9 cases of CSch, 8 cases of ASch and 20 healthy controls. Group comparisons were made by ANCOVA and Pearson correlation analyses.

Objective: To estimate microglial density and the ultrastructural parameters of microglia in the prefrontal cortex in chronic attack-like and continuous schizophrenia as compared to healthy controls.

Material And Methods: Postmortem electron microscopic morphometric study of microglia was performed in the prefrontal cortex (layer 5, Brodmann' area 10). Ten cases of attack-like schizophrenia, 9 cases of continuous schizophrenia and 20 controls were studied.

Objective: To compare the changes in thrombodynamics indices in two groups of patients with endogenous mental disorders before and after combined treatment with antipsychotics and antidepressants (AD + group) and those who did not receive antidepressants (AD-group).

Material And Methods: The study included 110 patients, aged from 16 to 60 years (median age [Q1; Q3] 29 years [22; 35]), admitted for inpatient treatment at the clinic of Mental Health Research Center with the following mental disorders: schizophrenia with attack-like/attack-progressive/continuous type of course (F20.00-2), schizotypal disorder with affective fluctuations (F21.
