Three-dimensional (3D) wiring is one method for accurate guidewire control in chronic total occlusion (CTO) lesions during manipulation of CTO-specific stiff guidewires. However, the construction of a mental 3D image is difficult. We propose the idea of image patterns to allow immediate construction of 3D images from the two perpendicular angles of the X-ray system detector and report a case of CTO treated with 3D wiring.

Objective: Constructing a predictive model for the occurrence of heart disease in elderly hypertensive individuals, aiming to provide early risk identification.
Methods: A total of 934 participants aged 60 and above from the China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study with a 7-year follow-up (2011-2018) were included. Machine learning methods (logistic regression, XGBoost, DNN) were employed to build a model predicting heart disease risk in hypertensive patients.

Ethnopharmacological Relevance: Chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) is a global disease of the digestive system and is an important precancerous lesion in the development of gastric cancer. Yang Wei Shu granule (YWSG), which evolved from the formula 'Warm Stomach Soup' of the Jin and Yuan Dynasties in China, is frequently used as a classic herbal compound in the treatment of CAG. However, the active ingredients and mechanisms by which it works are not clear.

Dissociative symptoms are a frequent complication in posttraumatic stress disorders affecting about a third of all PTSD patients. While theoretical models predict a physiological hypoarousal during posttraumatic dissociations, empirical evidence is lacking. We addressed this by studying spontaneously occurring dissociative symptoms and related heart rate changes in an ecological momentary assessment.
