Background: Reoperation is a major adverse event following surgical treatment but has yet to be used as a primary outcome measure in population studies to assess current treatments for developmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH). The purpose of the present study was to explore the risk factors associated with reoperations following procedures under anesthesia ("operations") for DDH in patients between the ages of 1 and 3.00 years, with the goal of deriving treatment recommendations.

Background: Intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR) which is judged based on birth weight and gestational age, is associated with increased neonatal mobility and mortality and also has a further impact on physical and mental health during later in life. Using the birth weight percentile for singletons to assess twins might not accurately reflect the growth status of the twins; this could potentially lead to an incorrect evaluation of growth-restricted children. For a more precise assessment of twin newborns, it is beneficial to utilize twin-specific birth weight percentile curves and ponderal index (PI) curves that consider factors such as birth order and sex.

Purpose: To evaluate the effect of endometrial scratching on in vitro fertilization (IVF) success rates in women undergoing frozen embryo transfer with preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidy (PGT-A).
Methods: Biopsy was performed at oocyte retrieval in cases and compared to those who did not undergo scratching (controls). Endpoints included pregnancy loss, total pregnancy, clinical pregnancy rate (CPR), ongoing pregnancy rate/live birth rate (OPR), and the incidence of chronic endometritis (CE).

Objective: To investigate short-term maternal and neonatal outcomes in individuals with twin pregnancies and two prior cesarean deliveries who underwent trial of labor after cesarean (TOLAC).
Methods: A cross-sectional study of live-birth data was conducted between 2014 and 2021 in the United States. Individuals with more than two prior cesarean deliveries and multiple gestations higher than twins were excluded.

Research Question: Does endometrial preparation using a natural cycle lead to higher live birth rates (LBR) in single euploid frozen embryo transfers (FET) compared with programmed cycles, for women who are normal weight, overweight and obese.
Design: Retrospective study of 845 single euploid FETs from 688 couples. Patients were stratified by body mass index (BMI) into normal weight, overweight and obesity class I/II categories.
