Background: Interest in mindfulness has increased over the last decade, resulting in several mindfulness-based interventions being developed and their efficacy empirically demonstrated. The practice of mindfulness has been associated with low levels of anxiety or depression and improved quality of life or personal well-being. The aim of this study is to translate the Child and Adolescent Mindfulness Measure (CAMM) and adapt it to Catalan so as to analyze its internal consistency and construct and convergent validity.
Method: The CAMM was administered to a sample of secondary school students ranging in age from 11 to 16 years old.
Results: The Catalan version of the CAMM shows a good fit with the unidimensional model and internal consistency similar to the original version (α = .80). Furthermore, CAMM scores correlated positively with subjective well-being, temperamental dimensions of effortful control and self-esteem.
Conclusions: The Catalan Version of CAMM is a valid and reliable measure of mindfulness skills.

Knowledge about seafloor depth, or bathymetry, is crucial for various marine activities, including scientific research, offshore industry, safety of navigation, and ocean exploration. Mapping the central Arctic Ocean is challenging due to the presence of perennial sea ice, which limits data collection to icebreakers, submarines, and drifting ice stations. The International Bathymetric Chart of the Arctic Ocean (IBCAO) was initiated in 1997 with the goal of updating the Arctic Ocean bathymetric portrayal.

Background: Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a progressive condition affecting more than 800 million individuals worldwide. Patient Reported Experience Measures (PREMs) are questionnaires aimed at evaluating patients' experiences with healthcare received. Given that CKD management often involves continuous treatments, capturing patient experiences can guide improvements in care that align with patients' preferences, making PREMS a relevant tool in CKD management.

This paper proposes an enhanced nomenclature for muscle injuries that incorporates histoarchitectural definitions alongside topographic classifications, emphasizing the importance of connective tissue damage characterization. A detailed understanding of the distinct anatomical and histological characteristics of tendon, aponeurosis, and fascia is essential for consistent terminology.

Background: Nutri-Score is a scientifically validated 5-color front-of-pack nutrition label reflecting the nutrient profile of foods. It has been implemented in several European countries on a voluntary basis, pending the revision of the European labeling regulation. Hence, scientific evidence is needed regarding the ability of the nutrient profile underlying the Nutri-Score (uNS-NPS, 2023-updated version) to characterize healthier foods.

Patient Reported Experience Measures (PREMS) are questionnaires developed to assess the patient experience and incorporate a vision of patient centered care as a new element of value in the quality of healthcare. The PREM-C9 was developed and tested recently in the United Kingdom (UK) for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (CODP). The aim of the current study was to test the validity and reliability of the PREM-C9 in Spanish and Catalan.
