Advanced Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) solutions are the key instrument to enable modern integrated care. They are not limited the traditional boundaries. Moreover, their aim is to provide medical care at the right point, in the right manner, at the right time without technological, institutional boundaries or integration issues, esp. for comorbidity treatment cases. Open digital ecosystems enabled by eHealth platforms can help to create a prospering eHealth environment. However, the creation of digital ecosystems in the health care domain is an ambitious task. The conditions how an open system can be achieved are often consented in complex projects, but they are not often scientific questioned. Conducting an action design research process, the paper contributes 13 guidelines for implementing eHealth platforms by reflection of the work in an EU-funded infrastructure project, which can be used as input for further research to provide generic guidelines for eHealth ecosystem projects.

Despite a growing number of studies describing the digital ecosystems of the home, few have explored the human component of this ecosystem and fewer have accounted for household and relationship diversity. We asked the inhabitants of nine households to share images of their digital devices and then interviewed them about how the technology was distributed and used, what roles they adopted in relation to the different devices and what boundaries or rules they set up to manage joint use. Following a thematic analysis, we describe (i) the digital components of the ecosystem and their use; (ii) the humans in the ecosystem and their relationships with technology and with each other, and (iii) interconnectedness in terms of joint use and self- or other-imposed restrictions.

Grassland ecosystems, critical for ecosystem services like forage supply, face threats from climate change and grazing pressure. This study investigates the spatiotemporal dynamics of forage supply and grazing intensity in the Yellow River Source Area (YRSA) from 2000 to 2020, focusing on the relative contributions of climate factors and grazing. Our result revealed that forage supply exhibited a southeast-to-northwest decline and increased slightly overall, with variability among grassland types.
