Background: Incorporating artificial intelligence (AI) into medical education has gained significant attention for its potential to enhance teaching and learning outcomes. However, it lacks a comprehensive study depicting the academic performance and status of AI in the medical education domain.

Objective: This study aims to analyze the social patterns, productive contributors, knowledge structure, and clusters since the 21st century.

Background And Objective: Transcranial magnetic resonance-guided focused ultrasound (MRgFUS) has revolutionized ablative treatment of essential tremor in recent years. However, limitations in precision targeting may account for suboptimal efficacy and significant side effects. We describe a simple intraprocedural three-dimensional image-guided lesion shaping technique that can improve overall outcomes of MRgFUS for essential tremor and facilitate expansion to novel indications.

Stem cell-based therapies have raised considerable interest to develop regenerative treatment for neurological disorders with high disability. In this review, we focus on recent preclinical and clinical evidence of stem cell therapy in the treatment of degenerative neurological diseases and discuss different cell types, delivery routes and biodistribution of stem cell therapy. In addition, recent advances of mechanistic insights of stem cell therapy, including functional replacement by exogenous cells, immunomodulation and paracrine effects of stem cell therapies are also demonstrated.

Itch is a dominant symptom in dermatitis, and scratching promotes cutaneous inflammation, thereby worsening disease. However, the mechanisms through which scratching exacerbates inflammation and whether scratching provides benefit to the host are largely unknown. We found that scratching was required for skin inflammation in mouse models dependent on FcεRI-mediated mast cell activation.

2,2,6,6-Tetramethylpiperidine--oxyl (TEMPO) structures possess potent antioxidant activities for biomedical applications. TEMPO immobilization on hydrophilic polymers is a powerful strategy to improve its properties; however, it is mostly limited to reversible-deactivation radical polymerizations or postpolymerization approaches. Here, we immobilized TEMPO units on a hydrophilic poly(2-ethyl-2-oxazoline) (PEtOx) backbone through cationic ring-opening polymerization (CROP) of a new 2-oxazoline monomer bearing a methoxy-protected TEMPO 2-substituent with 2-ethyl-2-oxazoline (EtOx).
