Introduction: Despite the high effectiveness of Ponseti casting in treating idiopathic clubfoot, patient-reported outcomes (PROs) are not studied well in the literature, necessitating further investigation into PROs to evaluate the effect on patients' lives. We used the Patient-Reported Outcomes Measurement Information System (PROMIS) to evaluate PROs in children with Ponseti-treated clubfoot and assess the effect of recurrence on these PROs.
Methods: This study retrospectively reviewed medical records from patients ages 5 to 18 years treated for idiopathic clubfoot at a single institution from 2002 to 2023 with available PROMIS data for mobility, pain, and peer relationships.

According to the guidelines, the primary treatment for multiple myeloma is still based on drugs such as carfilzomib, lenalidomide, or daratumumab. However, patients with relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM) may be insensitive or develop resistance to the above therapeutic medications. Thus, formulating standardized and rational treatment regimens for such patients remains an area for consideration.

Ternary heterojunction BiS/MoS/BiMoO was designed as a signal probe to develop a dual signal amplification strategy empowered electrochemical biosensor for sensitive miRNA-21 detection by combining with catalytic hairpin assembly (CHA). The combination of the BiS/MoS/BiMoO heterojunction as a tracer indication probe and the CHA amplification strategy not only took fully use of the highly dense nanowire interwoven structure and superior active region of the probe, but also endowed the ability to improve the molecular hybridization efficiency by collision, which significantly avoided the cumbersome chain design and greatly simplified the step-by-step construction of the electrode surface. Hairpin H1 was first added dropwise to the gold nanoparticle-decorated electrode surface, and then opened by the introduced miRNA-21 to initiate the specific hybridization.

Introduction: Injury coding with the Abbreviated Injury Scale (AIS) is an important element for benchmarking, trauma registries and research.
Objective: To compare the severity of traumatic brain injury (TBI) coding derived from the AIS with or without the use of a standardised radiologic template.
Methods: A retrospective two-centre cohort study including patients aged ≥ 18 years with isolated TBI admitted to an intensive care between 2011 and 2016 was conducted.

Introduction And Hypothesis: Overactive bladder (OAB) affects 11-17% of the female population. First-line treatment with lifestyle modifications and second-line therapy with medications are often limited by inadequate efficacy or pharmacological side effects. This study was aimed at assessing the effect of 100 U onabotulinumtoxin A treatment on idiopathic OAB (iOAB) as a second-line treatment.
