Objective: Clinicians face challenges in managing the growing population of patients with limited English proficiency (LEP) and hearing loss (HL) in the United States. This study seeks to investigate provider perspectives on evaluating, counseling, and treating HL in LEP patients.
Study Design: Prospective descriptive study.

The aim of present study was to observe the effect of topical application of manuka honey in healing in the healing of postoperative mastoid cavity. A total of 100 patients diagnosed with chronic suppurative otitis media with cholesteatoma underwent canal wall down mastoidectomy, Manuka honey-soaked roller gauze pack was placed on Day 10 and was removed on day 17 and manuka honey was applied on day 17. Cavity was assessed on day 47 and day 90 on follow-up.

Introduction: In prolonged care scenarios, where medical evacuations are significantly delayed, the treatment and transport of casualties with extremity musculoskeletal injuries will drain combat units' human resources. Developing enhanced splinting techniques to restore casualty mobility and function can alleviate this drain. To guide this development, a panel of tactical combat and wilderness medicine experts was assembled to determine which extremity musculoskeletal injuries had the greatest impact on unit capabilities, and the materials available for splinting these injuries.
