The rare syndrome of embryonic testicular regression or agonadism with XY karyotype is described in this paper in a sibship of 7 including 3 cases of regression at a earlier time (in three amenorrheic sisters and on case of tardive and incomplete regression in a brother with bilateral testicular hypotrophy. The antigen H-Y is present in the three sisters. The pathogenesis of this syndrome, compared with that of pure gonadal dysgenesis is discussed.

Purpose: Testicular torsion is a prevalent scrotal emergency associated with a significant risk of testicular loss, and there is no reliable scoring system available to assess the likelihood of orchiectomy following testicular torsion.
Methods: Clinical characteristics and surgical data of patients with testicular torsion from January 2015 to May 2024 were gathered from National Center for Children's Health (NCCH) and the Children's Hospital of Capital Institute of Pediatrics (CIPCH). Independent risk variables for testicular resection were evaluated by logistic regression analyses, leading to the establishment of a nomogram.

Background: The testicular cancer incidence rate in China has been rising since 1990, which has brought a huge burden to China, but its influencing factors are still under discussion. This study aims to investigate the trends of testicular cancer incidence and mortality in China from 1990 to 2021.
Methods: The trends were estimated by the Estimated Annual Percentage Change model and Joinpoint regression analysis model using the data from GBD 2021, and the influence of age, period, and birth cohort on testicular cancer within the analysis model of age-period-cohort.

Methods: We conducted a nested case-control study of 332 mother-son pairs, comprising 65 TGCC cases and 267 controls, identified from a Danish Pregnancy Screening Registry with biobanked serum samples collected from pregnant women in 1985-1995, when exposure to the studied chemicals was relatively high.
