Background: Sexual and reproductive health issues in adolescents living with HIV (ALHIV) have been left behind in HIV care programs. ALHIV are at risk of unintended pregnancy which jeopardizes their socio-economic future, health outcomes and exposes their newborn to HIV transmission.
