Objectives: To examine female representation in US News and World Report (USNWR) top 25 US Urology departments and identify trends of female representation in institutional roles.
Methods: Using the 2022 USNWR, we collected data from each institution's websites along with a compared geographically local cohort to evaluate the presence of female residents, female attendings, and professorial levels. First or last author faculty publications numbers were found using PubMed and Scopus in fiscal year 2022.

Purpose: We aim to address the evolving phenomenon of dry promotions and its impact on employee well-being in organizations. Dry promotion, its possible effects on employee well-being and some strategies to mitigate its adverse consequences are presented as a viewpoint paper.
Design/methodology/approach: The arguments in this viewpoint are built on theoretical insights drawn from various organizational theories, such as Maslow's hierarchy of needs, Herzberg's two-factor theory and self-determination theory.

Background: Depression is a mental disorder characterized by a persistent and long-lasting depressive mood.
Objective: The aim of this study was to analyze the prevalence of depression among university students in China and to provide guidance for psychological intervention and improvement of depression among this specific population.
Methods: A systematic search was conducted on PubMed, CNKI, Wang-fang database, and Web of Science to identify relevant articles.
Introduction: Migration of the health workforce from low- and middle-income countries (LMCIs) is increasingly becoming a phenomenon of interest within migration governance systems. The COVID-19 pandemic aggravated health workforce shortages that have created job opportunities in high-income countries such as the USA, UK, Canada and Germany among others. Conditions of service in LMCIs are unattractive, leading to the search for better opportunities.
