Background And Aim: The What Matters to Staff programme was designed at the Royal Free Hospital to address a key priority of improving workforce well-being. The initial aim was to set up a programme that responded to what mattered to staff and could be spread to 70 teams across the hospital within 2 years.
Methods: The programme was developed by adding a set of simple, yet important steps around the 'what matters to you' conversation from the Joy in Work Framework.

Climate change has direct impacts on current and future agricultural productivity. Statistical meta-analysis models can be used to generate expectations of crop yield responses to climatic factors by pooling data from controlled experiments. Providing patients with falls prevention education reduces falls in hospitals, yet there is limited research on what influences successful implementation at the staff, ward and hospital levels. We engaged hospital-based health professionals to identify multi-level barriers and enablers to patient falls education that could influence the implementation of a Safe Recovery program. Purposive sampling was used to recruit hospital staff (n = 40) for focus groups and one-on-one interviews.
