We present a laser system based on a 48 cm long optical glass resonator. The large size requires a sophisticated thermal control and optimized mounting design. A self-balancing mounting was essential to reliably reach sensitivities to acceleration of below Δν/ν<2×10(-10)/g in all directions. Furthermore, fiber noise cancellations from a common reference point near the laser diode to the cavity mirror and to additional user points (Sr clock and frequency comb) are implemented. Through comparison with other cavity-stabilized lasers and with a strontium lattice clock, instability of below 1×10(-16) at averaging times from 1 to 1000 s is revealed.

Objectives: Coronary CT angiography (CCTA) is an excellent tool in ruling out coronary artery disease (CAD) but tends to overestimate especially highly calcified plaques. To reduce diagnostic invasive catheter angiographies (ICA), current guidelines recommend CT-FFR to determine the hemodynamic significance of coronary artery stenosis. Photon-Counting Detector CT (PCCT) revolutionized CCTA and may improve CT-FFR analysis in guiding patients.

Background: Intramuscular corticosteroid injection may cause adverse effects such as dermal and/or subcutaneous atrophy, alopecia, hypopigmentation, and hyperpigmentation. Although cutaneous atrophy can spontaneously resolve, several treatment options have been suggested for this condition.
Case Summary: In this paper, we report a case of corticosteroid injection induced lipoatrophy treated with autologous whole blood (AWB) injection, as the condition had been unresponsive to fractional laser therapy.

Anomalous aortic origin of coronary artery can lead to ischemia. Due to the limitations of invasive catheterization dobutamine stress testing, an alternative noninvasive approach is desired. A 65-year-old woman with atypical chest pain was referred for coronary computed tomography angiography.

Background: Severe neonatal inflammatory conditions in very preterm infants (VPT: <32 weeks gestational age, GA) are linked to adverse neurodevelopmental outcomes. Differences in white matter (WM) microstructure of the corpus callosum (CC) have been observed at age 6 in VPT children with a history of severe neonatal inflammation. The goal of this study was to determine whether these CC differences can be detected at term-equivalent age using diffusion MRI (dMRI), and whether neonatal inflammation is associated with altered WM in additional tracts implicated in the encephalopathy of prematurity.

Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of immunoglobulin E (IgE), fractional of exhaled nitric oxide (FeNO), and peripheral blood eosinophils (EOS) in adult bronchial asthma and to analyze their relationship with asthma severity.
Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on 336 patients diagnosed with bronchial asthma and admitted to Xi'an Fourth Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024, forming the asthma group. Additionally, another 127 healthy subjects were selected as the non-asthmatic control group.
