Aim: The aim of the present study was to comparatively evaluate the retention of complete dentures and oral health-related quality of life (OHRQoL) of patients with conventional and bioelectric impressions or transcutaneous electric nerve stimulation (TENS).
Materials And Methods: A total of thirty (n = 30) completely edentulous patients were randomly distributed into two groups: Group-C (n = 15) (Conventional) and Group-T (n = 15) (bioelectric). In Group C, border molding was performed using the manual manipulation of borders, and the final impression was made using zinc-oxide eugenol.
Objective: Denture use has been shown to improve nutritional intake and diet quality in people with tooth loss. Despite evidence linking tooth loss and dementia, few studies have examined the association between denture use and cognitive decline. We investigated the relationship between denture use and cognitive decline among Chinese older adults with tooth loss.

The reverse scan technique offers several advantages, such as improvements of accuracy and visibility of critical anatomical structures, minimizing chair time, and providing better patient comfort. This was a case report successfully employing the reverse scan technique. A 72-year-old male patient desired to restore his teeth in both jaws, as he experienced difficulty eating and had never worn dentures.
