A concise and diastereoselective total synthesis of the diterpenoid (±)-steenkrotin A is described for the first time. The strategy mainly features three key ring formations: 1) a rhodium-catalyzed O-H bond insertion followed by an intramolecular carbonyl-ene reaction to build up the tetrahydrofuran subunit; 2) sequential SmI2 -mediated Ueno-Stork and ketyl-olefin cyclizations to construct the [5,7] spirobicyclic skeleton; and 3) an intramolecular aldol condensation/vinylogous retro-aldol/aldol sequence to form the final six-membered ring with inversion of the relative configuration at the C7 position.

Background: HIV/AIDS remains a significant global challenge, and with the rapid advancement of technology, there has been an increasing number of interventions aimed at improving HIV/AIDS cognition and self-management behaviors among patients. However, there is still a lack of detailed literature integrating relevant evidence.
Objective: This study aims to comprehensively review existing research on interventions using modern information methods to improve HIV/AIDS cognition and enhance self-management behaviors among patients.
Objective: To investigate the effect of Brucea javanica Oil combined with chemotherapy on serum cytokeratin 19 fragment antigen 21-1 (CYFRA21-1), immune mechanism, and prognosis in patients with lung cancer and provide a reference for its clinical diagnosis and treatment.
Methods: This study involved 112 lung cancer patients from June 2019 to January 2022 at Shanghai Guanghua Hospital. They were randomly divided into two groups: control (chemotherapy only) and observation (chemotherapy + Brucea javanica oil emulsion).

Background: Digital health interventions have emerged as promising tools to promote health behavior change and improve health outcomes. However, a comprehensive synthesis of strategies contributing to these interventions is lacking.
Objective: This study aims to (1) identify and categorize the strategies used in digital health interventions over the past 25 years; (2) explore the differences and changes in these strategies across time periods, countries, populations, delivery methods, and senders; and (3) serve as a valuable reference for future researchers and practitioners to improve the effectiveness of digital health interventions.

The relationship between the gut microbiota (GM) and the health of human beings has been a topic of growing interest in the last few years. Legumes are a rich source of indigestible carbohydrates, including resistant starch (RS), which are substrates of the GM. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of the indigestible fraction of legumes on the fecal microbiota of normal-weight (NW) and obese (O) donors.

Introduction: Sports injuries involving bi-articular muscles like the hip flexors, hamstrings, quadriceps, and gastrocnemius significantly affect athletes' performance and quality of life. Comprehensive rehabilitation is crucial for a pain-free return to play (RTP). Over the past 15 years, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) has emerged for its potential in tissue regeneration.
