Bilateral adrenal hemorrhage.

The diagnosis of bilateral adrenal hemorrhage, a potentially fatal complication of anticoagulation therapy, can be made by computed tomography (CT) scan. We present a case of a heparinized patient with CT examination of the adrenal glands before and after the onset of acute adrenal insufficiency.
